I use brass plumbing fixtures soldered to SO-239's or PL-259's for
hardline connectors. Easy and cheap.

Subject: [TowerTalk] PL-259 Threads
I have some CATV hardline with an outer diameter of about .410 and seems
that if I could cut the proper threads I could screw a PL-259 right on
the
cable. Does anyone happen to have info on the inner threads used for
PL-259's? Are they arbitrary or can I buy a die to cut the matching
threads?
