While the picture is not up close enough to see much detail, between the
silhouette and the sat view I'd bet a dollar to a donut that it's the HyGain
4 through 30 log. This is the Telex/HyGain LP-1001 that Chet mentions from
his days at K4CG. It covered 4-30mhz. you can see a picture of it at:
http://www.usantennaproducts.com/pdf/LP1001_1002_1005data_sheet.pdf
The side by side latic towers with a tubular mast down the center to the
base mounted rotator are dead give-aways that the silhouette is probably of
the same antenna/tower assembly.
If you enlarge the picture enough one can just see the huge loading coils on
either side of the boom for the longer elements. The antenna at K4CG had
been u for many years, but was removed about five years ago by US Tower
Service. Interestingly enough United States Antenna Products, LLC. which is
associated with U. S. Tower service now has the rights to manufacture these
huge log periodics. The 1001 that came down at Coast Guard Communication
Area Master Station Atlantic in Chesapeake VA a few years ago has since been
replaced by one manufactured by US Antenna Products.
