     Or you could attach aluminum plates about 1/8" thick x 8ft long and 
     cut to the face size of your tower on all 3 or 4 sides of the tower.  
     Bolt them on tight, then install some RAZOR wire just above that..
     
     Should keep those unwanted climbers off.

Or wrap in hardware cloth up 8 feet or so, securely wired to the tower legs.
