I have not seen the DIN problem that you mentioned and I do not have a
torque wrench. There is a 4.3-10 torque wrench available so it is probably
just as critical. Also they also sell push-on pull-off connectors which
might be nice for those that disconnect their station when not in use.

I just took a look at pictures of the 4.3-10..
I REALLY like the fluted part of the female connector. Looks like it has a
better mating surface than the 7-16 does.
If you don't get the 7-16 nice and tight, (with a wrench, preferably with
the
proper torque wrench) they can really cause problems! Been there done that!
Does the 4.3-10 have a better PIM rating than the 7-16?
