Frankly I like the hawks to be around. They sit on the boom of my Cushcraft
shorty forty at 130 feet. Usually they are red-tailed hawks...nothing like
an eagle of course. We have a whole family of them that nest in a big palm
tree about 50 yards from my tower. Between the hawks and the gaggle of cats
that my neighbor keeps, we almost never have any critters (mice, rats,
snakes). Now if I could find something that likes to eat possums...they eat
the grapefruit and oranges all the time!

My guess, you would hardly see any effect on the tuning, not more than what
you get from water deposit on the elements themselves.
The birds definitely detune the antenna more.
