Additional excellent idea: Buy some very cheap land, a couple acres, out in the country where there is no zoning. Remote control for general operating, and a 250ft2 cottage for on-site operating. May actually cost less in the long run! And if you ever move there is no need to take down and re-install all the antennas!!
