The principle is the same as what the other gent recommended (RG213). For a
more sturdy cap, you could use two dif dia of aluminium tubes and place a
piece of conduit between the two - viola, a capacitor! The larger (outer
tube) is be connected to the driven element and the outer tip of the smaller
(inner) to the inner conductor of the feeder. The shield goes to the centre
of the driven element of course.
