[TowerTalk] Easy Way Tower

Hello I have an Easy way tower 65 footer with the wonder pole only problem is 
that it is missing the bottom winch for the tilt over. I figure I can buy a 
boat (Heavy Duty) but how to mount it and where and how is it threaded thourgh 
the pulley. Does any of you out there know about this brand of tower or have 
any experience with it. I could not find anything on the internet on it so I 
figure the company is out of buisness.
