HAARP lunar echo observations at VE6WZ are summarized at the following

Included are sound files and screenshots showing the skywave-lunar echo
delay measurements as well as Doppler-shift frequency analysis of the
echoes. Of interest was the Doppler shift last night showed an increase
redshift compared to the night previous indicating and increase relative
lunar motion. I have never worked EME so don't really understand this.
