Hello,
Thanks very much to all for the information.
Will se in this other customers. Just did a google and found Amidon.
I want to have some of them in the shack. Fortunately all is OK in my shack,
no keyboard typing alone!!... but since a friend will be visiting me next
month, is the opportunity that he bring me some ferrites, toroides that I
cannot find in my country.
I want something to solve some interferences when other friends bring
radio/amps to my station when we do a muti single contest.
Sometimes we say to add beads, toroides (don´t know exactly how to name them
in English) and we don´t have, so I want to have some of this that will be
useful in an situation that we experiment some interference or RF.
Thanks!!

What problem are you trying to solve?

Amidon has historically been a VERY EXPENSIVE place to buy things like this.
Appendix One of my RFI tutorial includes a list of MUCH BETTER vendors who
sell EXACTLY the same parts at MUCH LOWER PRICES. A company called Fair-Rite
is the actual manufacturer of these parts, and they have distributors all
over the world. http://www.fair-rite.com/newfair/support.htm
Unfortunately, I don't see any distributors in South America, so you may be
stuck with ordering from the US.
My tutorial is at http://audiosystemsgroup.com/RFI-Ham.pdf
The snap-on bead listed in Appendix One that fits RG8 is good for multiple
turns of smaller cable. The "big clamp-on" listed in Appendix One is good
for multiple turns of larger cables.
