It is tough if you have never installed a tower before or have no one you
can ask, because you will get no help from USTOWERS for sure, do buy Steve's
book though, it will be a great help and could easily save you way more
money than the cost of the book.

Plus you can always ask questions on the group here, that is what this group
is for.

I have an HDX5106, which is another section higher than yours.
The USTower drawing showed the wrong anchor bolt size.  Do not
trust their documentation.  Check everything yourself.  As has
been pointed out, there is no manual, and the calculations document has
numerous errors.  At least on my model, they want you to grout
under the base plate.  Other than that, the concrete is the same
as for any other tower.
