[TowerTalk] Idiom Press Rotor Ease??

Ease?  Don't think so!

I'm at my witts end with this damn thing.  Anybody have any experience
installing one.... how about one that does absolutely NOTHING when installed
(not even smoke)?  Throw me a bone, as I need a rotor by ARRL DX, and I
can't very well troubleshoot a gizmo that doesn't even light up.  Tips?
Tricks?  Hints?

Offline dialogue would be fine.  No flames, please, I just need some
guidance.

All else fails I'll just put the old guts back in.
