[TowerTalk] Regarding Latest Tower Woe -- Raise only, no lowering -WO0Z

I read Larry's note.

I had a similar problem.  Tower would go up but not down.

I found that the DOWN RELAY was bad.

My electrician had just the right one.  Replaced. Worked fine.

I then bought one for the shelf from US Tower,.73
