Most of us avoid the smaller coax because the loss to rcv'd
signals! To me, for runs over several feet, I will not use the
small coax because of loss to signals and perhaps the
chance of missing a weak one. Smaller coax is useful in
the shack for jumpers, transceiver to linear run, etc; but
to be avoided for power runs and long transmission lines,
just too much loss.
