It sounds like a 2:1 unun in a box ie 25ohm (inverted L) - 50ohm. I wind
them using 5 turns trifilar on a ft240-61. Amidon sell AB240 balun kit for
about $8 using this toroid plus the wire
I mount them in a plastic hobby box and attach pl plug and 2 terminal posts
for ant and earth.
