By far the best way to replace open frame relays in the
RCS-4 is to simply break the relay base apart, and then
unsolder the lugs one at a time. You can break the relays
apart by carefully using SHARP side-cutters to crack or
split the base of the relay at the terminals.

If the board is the newer board with DIP relays, the same
technique works but desoldering is generally OK also.
