It's worth talking to Ed Hare at ARRL about this. he does know of ones in
the US that are immune. I have the same problem in the UK (except we call
them RCD - Residual Current Device) - which was why I talked with Ed.  The
European ones seem to vary a lot in sensitivity. I have one that, sitting on
the bench with a 1 foot pigtail connected to any port, trips with 50 watts
on 160 into a vertical 70 feet away. Another of the same make and type
number, doesn't.
