Hi,
Although condensation isn't a big problem in Colorado, some things need to
drain.
It has been my experience that a punched "awl" hole will drain more like a
funnel than a drilled hole as the drilled hole seems to glass over and not
want to start draining. Dealing with plastic media might not make a
difference though.
