That's a moderately big winch... 150 ft-lb per second (60 ft/min) is about
1/4 HP (550 ftlb/sec=1HP), without allowing for any mechanical losses. If
it's driven by a worm gear, figure the gear train efficiency is on the order
of 25%, at best.
