The problem here is that this is like holding a broom by its last 3 inches,
in a vertical position, and DOING something with it... sure, you can do that
.. but not for VERY LONG ... and Jim has it right .. in this instance, a
killer-diller gin pole is not needed .. just some assistance, and steadying
factor... like, a heavy duty piece of conduit clamped to the tower legs at
the top, and a pulley up "yonder" -- so you can navigate while holding on
for dear life! IMHO .. 73, Mark 6dx (Been there, done that)
