Its kind of a dumb spambot that sends those, the smarter ones pick a subject
from an old email in the inbox they have taken over so it looks like an
interesting topic, then surround the link with some interesting text to temp
you to click on it. So if you see a message with no subject and all it has
is a url just delete without clicking... sometimes it is handy to reply
directly to the sender, they may not know their account has been hacked.
