It is sold in Rough Plumbing in Lowe's. It is sold in rolls. We ( I work @
Lowe's in Murray KY at the present) sell 50' & 100' rolls from 1/2" to 2" . I
am using 1.25" from the house to the tower with one run of RG-213 (remote
switch @ tower) and a 6 Conductor rotor cable (starting cap @ tower). I use
1.25" grey PVC ends (male adapters) with duct tape to build up the tube to a
force fit in the fitting. I like the fact that there are no joints underground
to fail. I have not experienced the water collection that some do. If I do it
is similar to the cables laying on the ground which is where they were. I did
it mostly so I could mow over them without cutting them up. I live out in the
woods so all I did was stomp the tube into the lawn during the rainy season and
now it is flush so I can mow and the keep the snakes & mice out of my lawn
(that is only reason I mow).

What departmetn is this in? What is it supposed to be used for?

I am fairly familiar with HD and do not remember any pipe except electrical
(rigid electrical), garden (4" drain tubing), and plumbing (clear plastic
and expensive in large enough sizes).

Tnx es 73, de Jim KG0KP
