If the manufactures recommendations were followed in the first place, this
would not have happened.

And no, this wont happen to me, I followed the manufactures recommendations.

I see when the repair was made, the manufactures recommendations were not
followed either.

I hope it holds up this time.

Did you have the guy wires on the old installation tensioned to 400Lbs ? My
guess is no. If you had, the tower would have most likely fallen down. If
you did, that Rohn 25 is pretty tough stuff !!!
