I believe the maximum mast size a TX2 rotor will accept is 2 1/16" not 2 1/8".

I checked in one spec of the T2X rotor and says can drive pipes up to 2-1/8”,
so the shims should be 1/16” each for a 2” pipe.
Also check if rotor base is centered on the tower’s base.
