Hi Josh,

Who is your friend with the Telrex stack, and where are you living these =
days ? (Or is that a secret to keep your "friends" away ?).

73,
Steve London

My friend has 8 over 8 Telrex monoband stack on hill top.-
this Telrex system is from 20 years ago using hardwired
phasing system per Telrex ( we think is it 1/2 wave lengths
of 72 ohm coax from center location where 52 ohm Hardline
comes up the Mast) . Each phasing line goes to balun mounted on =
each 8 el 15m yagi.
    =20
The tower is rotating , so nothing is moving on the tower !
Except elements in the Wind !
SWR was 1.1 to 1.0 , Now after many years it is 4.5 to 1.0
for reasons as yet unknown. pretty sure there is failure in phasing
harness. Need to know BEST way to replace phasing harness??
    =20
Suspect problem is UV damage to COAX jacket - as system is installed =
at
    8,000 feet in Colorado Rockies.
    =20
Hardwire phasing is perfered over selectable. Any suggestions on =
realiable
phasing arrangements are welcome. WX0B stackmatch ???
    =20
I am very impressed with the collective "know how" available on this
reflector - it's like having access to some kind of awesome "brain =
trust"
