Why not fix the coax well above the Tic Ring, do the rotator loop there and
then clamp the cable down the guy support of the beam?

This has been a tough one for me. The worst possible arrangement.  The coax
will hang up on the guy wires; and if too close will get into the Tic Ring.
I had both happen. It generally takes a precise length of coax so that
neither happens. You have to experiment.
