Paul,

    I had a Gap Titan.  Can't compare it to other verticals but I can
compare it to my inverted vee with the apex at 36 ft.

     On all bands except 80 and 20 meters the Gap performed about as well as
the Vee.

     The Vee was slightly better (by 1/2 to 1 S-Units) on 20 meters.

     My dummy load out performed the Gap on 80.

     By and large, the Gap was quieter than the Vee (much to my surprise).
