I did forget to mention that Glen Martin says no need to guy these roof top
towers, but..with 80 to 100 mph winds in my neighborhood, at least 3 times
a
year, it will be guyed. BTW, the Glen Martin Roofers are all 4 legged
models. I have a contractor coming in next month to reinforce the roof
trusses, etc. where the tower is going to be mounted. Would not make the
wife happy to have our bedroom roof, whirly-birding down the mountain on a
hard blow!
