My sentiments exactly. When I moved to the Tampa area I told the realtor
that I wasn't interested in any property with CC&R's or any antenna
restrictions. He told me that this restriction would eliminate 90% of the
houses he had to show me. I said great that makes his job easy. Just show
me the 20%, I found a house in 6 weeks.
