The link you provided has a link to a PDF which calls the cap you have 
Non-Polarized. I think what you have will work fine. I got mine from the local 
HVAC guy. I will build a test cable tomorrow and report back.

  This is *supposed* to be a starting cap but I see a
  "-" next to one terminal - that made me nervous.

  Perhaps I am wrongly assuming that the "-" mark
  next to one terminal (nothing next to the other)
  indicates that it is polarized?
