The consensus, and supported by some 60/70's
vintage catalogs I finally located, it's a Tri-Ex
TM-240 Sky Needle.
FYI - In 1970 the list price for the TM-5100R, the big
100 footer with the top 34 feet rotatable, with motor control
winch, and rated at 57.4 Sq ft of stacked antennas at 60 MPH was:
$5935
