training part of the Airborne, Ranger, SEAL, or USMC (Confidence Course)

Gee, I could never do that in high school...let alone now at 47!  When you
played nose guard at 280, it is hard to do that!  At 47, it is even harder!

Now, where is that Hazer catalog....
