Some comments below:

the antenna up?

You have to slack one leg of your guy system to raise and lower. On a =
relatively calm day, with a tower that's not overloaded, it's not a =
problem. With multiple guys up the tower you can slack one level at a =
time, then re-attach it after you've gotten above/below it. So if you =
have a 3-point guy system at 2 levels, for example, 5 of the 6 guys are =
always in place. If possible, set up the installation so the 2 =
remaining sets of guys in the direction of the prevailing wind are =
always attached, in case there's a sudden gust.

         > b. How is feedline strain relief done?
=20
Martin sells a messenger line kit for strain relief for $69. If you =
look at it on their website or in their catalog, you'll find you can =
make it yourself. They use a Kevlar line, which is not an absolute =
must. =20

         > c. Will it handle a separate 4 el for 10M, 15M, and 20m?

Two factors to consider. First, will the 3 beams combined exceed the SF =
rating of the Hazer? Second, even if they would be within limits, what =
kind of beam spacing do you want? You really don't want to have more =
that 10 feet of mast above the top of the Hazer. If 5-foot spacing is =
acceptable to you, AND the total SF is within spec of both the Hazer and =
the 45G, you'd be OK. As an extra safety factor I'd also add in the =
rotor SF, even though it's nested in the Hazer. I know some people take =
chances with heavier loading and a longer mast on a Hazer, but the =
foregoing is a prescription for an installation that's going to stay up =
-- and crank up and down without problems.

Note that Martin's SF ratings are figured for an antenna ONE FOOT above =
the tower. On 70 feet of 45G, they give a rating of 18 SF at 85 mph. =
They will give you some de-rating guidance over the phone.
