I was read all the writings about Yagis versus Quads in this reflector, but I
remain in a doubt....

Since 3 years I have KLM 20M-5 (5 elements Monobander for 20M, on 42 foot boom)
70 feet high, and I'm thinking to put a 4 element Quad 30 foot boom, also 70
feet high.

What difference in forward gain in 20 meters, I can hope between these two
beams, for take-off angles between 5 to 15 degrees?

Or in other words, for contacts beyond 6.000 miles?

73 from Barcelona.
