Hey, I got one and it works.  I live right on the east side of a 450 hill 
which slopes down to the edge of the bay.  My little 2 element monobander 
works like gangbusters from north through east to south.  Now, to the NW, I 
have about 300 more feet of hill and my signal in JA and to the west sucks.
