[TowerTalk] tower fall

It was Steve Miller, N8SM, who is originally from the Dayton area. Steve was
alone at the time while his wife was inside. She heard a noise and found him
on the ground. Heel marks indicate he landed on his feet and his climbing
gear appeared intact. Have seen no further info. His sister speculated he
may have been changing position on the tower. No info on his gear.
