They have 4:1 as well as 3:1. The thick-walled stuff is like a rock. I won’t
use anything else on connectors.

Is there shrink tubing that will reliably shrink by a 4:1 ratio? I tried
using some tubing I had on hand to cover several N-connector jumpers
with LMR-240 cable. It worked fine on the connector, but would not
shrink around the 1/4 inch cable.
