During that era, PD sold the "CUFLEX" series.  "CU" being copper to
distinguish it from the aluminum-shield "FoamFlex" product line.  1/2" had
helical corrugation, copper-clad aluminum center, etc. with measurements
close to what you gave: 0.18" center, 0.580 maximum OD outer, 0.675" jacket.
If you send me a pic of one of the connectors regardless of how nasty it is
I should be able to confirm if you have 1/2" CUFLEX cable (FXCC12-50H).
In/around that timeframe  Andrew had the HSJ series which predated LDF.  HSJ
had a helical outer conductor as well.  In either case, email a pic of a
connector and I'll be able to tell.
