[TowerTalk] Any hands on experience with 40m loop?

Anyone have hands on practical experience with a full wave loop on 40m in any 
configuration?  Interested in feedback on a half-square as well.  I have found 
it is VERY hard to beat a simple 1/2 wave center fed at 70' feet or so.  Any 
actual comparisons would be perfect.  I know what the modeling programs say.
