Yes that's right.  The previous owner of the tower and TIC
ring rotator had a 6 element 20 meter beam on the ring rotator
on a windy mountain top, and the pegs held on just fine.
Besides gravity holding them in, there is a clamp that
goes on the outside of the tower rail, right at the top.
There are adjustable arms that position the pegs to the
size of the tower.

I am "shocked" that a UST guy would be clueless :-)
