Read the instructions on EVERY e-mail sent to you, and you can remove yourself;
the same way you signed up for the list. Now while some may feel this is being
a little hard on the Beaver, I am actually trying to EMPOWER him and help
educate the rest who haven't seen the other 100 messages sent by the many users
on this list about this very subject.
