Pretty unfair statement. I agree that a statement from a real estate agent
is pretty useless. However, the misleading info you may receive is will be
more of a result of ignorance on the part of the Realtor. In Florida it is
against the law for a real estate agent to intentionally misrepresent real
estate.
It pays to do your own research to check easements and other restrictions of
record.
