Take a look at the 20 foot self-supporting figures. This must be some kind of
"magic length" as Rohn 45 with no ice will support 22 ft^2 and with 1/2" of ice
it will support 25 ft^2. The ice must be acting like a bracing component? The
20' row appears to be the only height where the number "don't make sense".
