[TowerTalk] Modeling the new Force 12 OCF vertical dipole, with tuners

I'm guessing that for many grizzled veteran members of this reflector the 
notion of a "compromise antenna" is a complete anathema.  However, I recently 
did a fairly detailed study of the new Force 12 flagpole OCF vertical dipole 
that some may find interesting.
