I ordered a safety strap on July 27th. Took me until
Sept 28th to get it. I kept getting promises it was
on the way. They were pleasant enough and always answered
my calls but never returned any despite may promises
to do so. Finally it did come.
>From my conversations, I got the feeling this was a
supplier problem (Elk River) as well. The bels weren't
shipped by Glen Martin. I think it would be better
NOT to charge a card until the order is shipped though.
