I love the multi blade strippers with the interchangeable adjustable cassettes.
You can set them up for different kinds of coax, and when you swap, you just
put in the already adjusted blade set.
Mine was from Palantir 25 years ago.

The one I have lets you move the blades in 0.05” increments along the length of
the coax, and has a little hex screw to set the cutting depth.
