Losses in feedline and antenna components

I'm working on an article that (inter alia) tries to discuss reducing losses
from transmitter to antenna.  Does anyone know of an authoritative reference
that gives loss numbers for connectors, connections (such as metal-to-metal
unsoldered mechanical joints), etc. at HF?
