As supplied by Ameritron the RCS-8V remote coax switch isolates the unused
antennas ports.  The addition of wire jumpers changes the switch to
grounding them.  Is it better to isolate or ground the unused ports??  Are
there circumstances where grounding is better, but other situations where
isolation would be preferable?  In my head I can generate arguments for
either option, so thought I would seek the wisdom of others.
