Just a quick note to the reflectorees on an event that happened today
locally- A local PCS technician upon visiting a site, found a body of a
person on the ground 15' from the base of the 120' monopole tower. Evidently
the person had scaled the barbed wire fence, put a step ladder against the
tower, and climbed the tower, somehow falling off/jumping? in the process.
The local gendarmes approximate he was there for at least 2 days before he
was found.
Something for any remote site operators to remember regarding site security.
