If you have a 70 ft tower, place another tribander at 35 to 40 ft.

A  PAIR of tribanders, high and low, will ALWAYS give you
better overall results than ANY  SINGLE  antenna at any
ONE fixed height, even if you do not phase them,  just 
select either high or low.

THERE  is  NO  single height which will provide coverage
of ALL angles that the ionosphere will support.
